    You can download the ili app at the this link. Please follow the instructions on how to install it.

  • Do I have to download the ili app to use my ili?

    No! ili is a standalone device and doesn't require anything but your voice and a full battery to run. However, we highly recommend you to download the app and perform updates every time we release new software updates for ili. They are always improvements and may include new languages therefore you DO NOT want to miss out!

  • What should I do if I can't update my ili?

    If you are experiencing difficulty with the ili app, such as the time taken to update is extremely long or the update is timing out, please make sure you're connected to a high-speed network in order for your updates to run smoothly. Also, when you're updating your ili device, please make sure you have downloaded the app's latest software from our ili traveler website. Also make sure that your computer is up to the minimum specifications required for the app and updates to run.

  • What should I do if my computer won't recognize ili?
    1. Please check if the USB cable that came with your device is properly connected to both ili and your PC or Mac.
